Use and maintenance
Before use, it is necessary to check the movement of each part of the machine for looseness; whether there are oil marks on the surface of the machine, whether there is oil leakage; if the machine fails or breaks during use, it must be repaired in time, and records must be kept to clearly write down the faulty parts and damaged parts, so as to facilitate future searches in use; after use, replace the engine oil and adjust the parts according to the requirements of the maintenance manual.
Regular maintenance
For garden tools such as sprayers and chain saws that are not used in normal times and sometimes not used for several months, regular maintenance and maintenance should be carried out.
Maintenance according to the situation
During the actual operation of the machine, timely observation and regular inspection should be carried out to determine the maintenance time according to the condition of the machine. For new machines that have just passed the running-in period, maintenance should be carried out according to the requirements of the manual; if the machine vibrates violently or emits black smoke during use, check whether the machine is blocked or burning oil, find out the fault part, and carry out targeted maintenance to eliminate the fault in the bud and ensure the normal use of garden machinery.
