1. Avoid placing them in a humid environment. If they are left in such a humid environment for a long time, the knives will easily rust. Knives should be stored in a place with normal temperature, ventilation, dryness, and no direct sunlight. It is better if there is a professional temperature-controlled and dehumidified storage cabinet.

2. Avoid contact with corrosive items. Acidic fruit juice, sweat on the hands, oil stains, etc. are easy to corrode the blade, so try to avoid contact with such substances.

3. Scrub and clean in time after use. After using the knife, first wash it with running water, then wipe it clean with dry cotton cloth or towel, and place it in a ventilated and dry place. This can greatly reduce the probability of rust.
